I just recently returned home from a vacation to Florida. I went down there to visit my aunt, and spent five days there. I had an awesome time! I flew down on Friday morning, and we just sort of chilled all day and swam in the pool. In the days following, we went to the International Mall, which has a Forever 21 that is out of this world, to the zoo, and to the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. Dali is my absolute favorite artist! So inspired! We had a lot of fun at the Tampa Zoo, and we even got to pet some giraffes. As seen in the picture above, one of them licked my about five times, causing me to recoil in terror. Just kidding... it was cute :) And of course, every girl should always have Derek Blasberg with her when she travels!

Be a Lady, Not a Tramp

Ok so this is the greatest book ever! The first time I saw it was in Teen Vogue, there was a small article on the book. The second I saw the page layout of what to wear to the airport, I knew I must own this book. The first chance I got I went out to the bookstore and bought it. Rest assured, it was the best money I have spent in a while! The book features tips and tricks on how to be a classy lady in today's modern society. Derek Blasberg has effectively and hilariously detailed the trials of being classy, and has seemingly solved all a lady's problems. You will not regret buying this book, I read it in a couple days, but have gone back to reference many times after. It has information on how to dress at a party, how to pack for a trip, which books to read, movies to see, and artists to know. An indespensible tool for the classy lady, Classy does not dissapoint.

Inspiration: Penelope Cruz

This is so fitting to be my first post! I absolutely adore Penelope Cruz! She is absolutely fantastic and one of my favorite actresses. She has an unconventional beauty about her that is so stunning. One of my greatest inspirations. Plus, I love anything and everything that comes out of Spain!

PS - I am soo happy for Penelope and Javier Bardem as they were just married in the beginning of the month! He is very handsome, and they are the cutest couple! Felicidades!
